The TrainStation Story

TrainStation wants to uplift, inspire, empower humanity. It didn't start that way. It started with talented theater people — mavericks who wanted to change the game in learning and training. Talented, passionate people who learned, applied and mastered how that can be done through NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP), which they have pioneered in 2007.

Then, in 2011, founders Carelle Mangaliag-Herrera and RR Herrera created TrainStation, Inc., equipping performers and theater actors brain science and how it can help them in their lives. EnterTRAINment was born coming from theater and entertainment combined with science in training. This has moved thousands of leaders and individuals to be amazing by choice.

Later on, they imbibed Positive Psychology and Applied Neurosciences and have created more empowering, life-changing seminars, conventions and trainings for top Philippine corporations, government agencies and leading multinationals.

When the proof of their work became so palpable in the lives of their participants, in the organizations they have helped, and even in their own lives, the desire to serve and empower more brought about the heroic purpose of changing the world by changing worlds.
